Electric sweeper or scrubber, which one to choose?

In recent years, there have been various cleaning equipment on the market. But in daily life, many people do not know much about the cleaning equipment industry. Although there is only one word difference between an electric washing machine and an electric sweeper, the difference is actually big.

Here under let me introduce their differences as below:

Simply put, the electric scrubber is equivalent to a traditional tool mop, and the sweeper is equivalent to a traditional tool broom. In terms of function, the electric floor scrubber tends to wash away the dirt on the ground; while the electric sweeper tends to sweep away the rubbish on the ground, and simultaneously having the effect of vacuuming.

1. Electric Floor Scrubber

Electric floor scrubbers are generally suitable for hard floors such as cement floors, marble tiles, terrazzo floors, vitrified tiles, asphalt floors, epoxy floors, etc. The main feature of the product is that it can spray water, scrubber the floor ,recycle sewage and sucking dry the ground. It greatly improves work efficiency and cleans more thoroughly. Electric scrubbers are mainly divided into hand-push scrubbers and Ride-on scrubbers, which have the advantages of environmental protection, energy saving, and high efficiency. It is suitable for being used in hospitals, hotels, shopping malls, schools, airports, factories, supermarkets and other places.

 The Working Principle of Electric Floor Scrubber

The electric floor scrubber uses brush motor to drive the brush ahead to clean the ground with cleaning liquid. Under the action of the water suction motor, the squeegee moves forward, the dirty water on the ground will be sucked into the sewage tank. There are two main types of washing machine, one is the hand push type; the other is the Ride-on type. Relatively speaking, Ride-on type scrubbers are more efficient and of course are more expensive.

2. Electric Floor Sweeper

Electric floor sweepers are generally suitable for cement floors, asphalt floors, epoxy floors, plastic runways, small square bricks,etc…. The cleaning effect is prominent against industrial wastes such as garbage, leaves, small stones, sand, iron filings, dust, powder, etc.  Electric floor sweepers are mainly divided into hand-push sweepers and ride-on sweepers. The performance characteristics are: integrating sweeping, recycling, and dust collection. Suitable for industrial workshops, underground garages, parking lots, shopping malls.

The Working Principle of Electric Floor Sweeper

Electric sweepers are divided into hand-push type and Ride-on type,  their working principle is similar to that of vacuum cleaners. They mainly include side brushes, main brushes, trash storage bins, filters and other devices to jointly complete the cleaning task.

a. The side brush can sweep the garbage in the corners or other hard-to-reach places from the outside to the area where the main brush can clean;

b. Then main brush (roller brush) roll the garbage into the trash storage bins;

c. The air extraction system at the front can generate strong suction power, and then filter the dust through the filter system to prevent the exhaust gas from polluting the environment or affecting the health of the operator.
