How to avoid overheating of the floor sweeper?

The floor sweeper has strong cleaning power, high efficiency, and high mechanical performance. It not only reduces the intensity of labor work but also reduces costs. It’s an important cleaning equipment for factories, community squares, garage, etc….

Though with good mechanical performance, we still need to pay attention to the correct operation method when using the sweeper. After the motor has been used for a period of time, it will generate heat. It will not affect its normal use while the heat is within a certain range. Once the temperature is too high, the system could be damaged. Therefore, when using the sweeper for daily cleaning operations, you need to pay attention to avoid following factors that may cause the sweeper to overheating:

1. Clean up the debris entangled on the side brush and roller brush in time. In the daily cleaning of the sweeper, brushes are generally entangled with hair, wool and other fine objects. If they cannot be cleaned regularly, the motor could be subject to greater torque due to higher load and cause the motor to heat up. It will either increase the battery load and affect the battery life or even worse, it may directly burn the motor.

2. Pay attention to ambient temperature. The sweeper should minimize long-term operation in a high-temperature indoor or scorching sun and high-temperature outdoor environment. If it is charged or used when the ambient temperature is higher than 40 degrees, the battery capacity could suffer irreparable loss. If it’s used when ambient temperature reaches 60 degrees, the battery could quickly swell and scrap.

3. Pay attention to the influence of humidity. The performance of the spare parts is the main factor that determines the performance of the whole machine. Therefore, the sweeper should be parked in a cool and dry place. If it’s used in a humid environment, the internal motor or other parts could be easily affected.
